Your information is for the assessment—not for marketing.

Signal 25 collects only what is needed to run the assessment, create your personal report, and support authorized human review.

Email stays administrative

Your email identifies your assessment record so you can resume or revisit it. It is not used to contact you.

No sales or advertising

Applicant information is not sold, rented, used for advertising, or added to a marketing list.

Secure connection

Information travels through an encrypted HTTPS connection. Reports are unlisted and excluded from search indexing.

The information needed to operate the assessment

  • Your email address and attempt history.
  • Your answers, timing, scores, and personal report.
  • Limited integrity signals, such as focus changes or paste attempts during a timed session.

Assessment administration and review only

  • To start, resume, score, and report your assessment.
  • To allow authorized assessment reviewers to evaluate submitted results.
  • To maintain the reliability and security of the assessment experience.

Authorized reviewers and essential providers

Submitted information is available to authorized assessment reviewers. Technical service providers may process information only as needed to host, store, secure, and operate Signal 25. Applicant data is not otherwise shared or sold.

Private by link, with no email displayed

Your report does not display your email address or ranking against other applicants. Report links are unlisted and excluded from search indexing, but anyone you give a report link to may be able to open it, so share it only when you choose.
